What does a relocation agent do?
A relocation agent works for you, not a landlord or seller. We help you understand where to live, shortlist and inspect homes or rentals, navigate schools and services, and handle the practical detail of settling into a new city.
How much do relocation agents charge?
Fees depend on how much support you need — from a single area orientation day through to full end-to-end relocation management. We quote a fixed fee after an initial conversation about your move, so you know the cost up front.
Are you removalists?
No. We don't move boxes. Removalists transport your belongings; a relocation agent helps you decide where to live, secures the home and gets your family settled. Many clients use both.
Do you offer relocation services outside Brisbane?
Yes — we cover Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast and the surrounding South East Queensland corridor, including the Hinterland and northern bayside areas.
Can you help if we're relocating from overseas?
Yes. International relocations are common for us. We can inspect on your behalf, run virtual orientations across time zones and make sure decisions are made with accurate local information.
